Who we are

What we collect
Trade account applications: company name, company number and registered address (retrieved from Companies House at your request), contact name, business email and phone, business type, approximate weekly spend and category interests. Contact form: name, business name, email, phone and your message.
Why we collect it
To assess and open trade accounts (including credit checks with licensed credit reference agencies where you request credit terms), to respond to enquiries, to deliver orders and to send you the trade agreement. Our lawful bases are contract (taking steps to enter a supply agreement at your request) and legitimate interests (operating a B2B wholesale business).
Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (website hosting) and Companies House (public register lookups). Where you request credit terms, relevant details are shared with a credit reference agency. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Trade account records are kept for the life of the trading relationship plus 6 years (limitation periods for commercial contracts). Enquiries that do not become accounts are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email rkbfruitandveg@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Session storage is used only to avoid replaying the loading animation.
